Can anyone with experience or knowledge of what one is to expect at a top law firm interview please give advice.

The interview is for an internship and I will like to know what preparations to make.

Thank you

The general advice is to do some research on the firm you are going to, so you know what they do and, importantly, what they pride themselves on. Additionally, being aware of what is happening in the world is a good thing, so keep on top of what's in the quality newspapers including the financial section. If there's a major merger going through or an investigation into some business practice or even a major change in the law coming up which will affect business, then you will usually find some discussion of it. I am not suggesting that you acquire in depth legal knowledge of the subject but being aware that there is an issue is good. Before you go in, re-read your application. If you've put anything out of the ordinary in it, you may well get asked about it. More interviewers want to get you to talk, so they often look at topics that you yourself have raised via the application.
