Since deadline has come and gone for application to Columbia's early review process, I would like to know who suceeded in applying through this choice. Last year results started to come out early December, and there was even a rejection as soon as November 30. As for me, I applied through the early review and hopefully expect to hear from them soon. Besides, their instructions clearly asserts that: "Admissions decisions for the Early Review Program are made by the end of December. They sure have plenty of experience and sensibility towards great candidates who are still to be reviewd in the normal batch and even so chose to defer your applicartion to compete with theirs. I only counted 5 llm-guide members who got in through the early review. That's a very small percentage of the members who got admitted in the regular cycle.
