I can just speak for the LLM Program in Salzburg (Transnational Business Practice), which concentrates on European business law including courses like Drafting INternational Contracts and stuff like that.

I guess the application is the same everywhere: just go to the homepage of the university you want to study at (for the program in Salzburg go to www.mcgeorge.edu) and print out the admission form - there you find all requirements. In order to be able to take part in an LLM-Program, you need a graduation from a law school - as far as I know an LLB is sufficient.

Another important thing is that you need (for programs taught in English) a TOEFL-test which is an English test where min. 80 points are required. Then - for some programs - you need to transmit a sample of legal writing in English. You could send something you've already written during your studies.

I hope I've helped you with that information!
