I can just speak for the LLM Program in Salzburg (Transnational Business Practice), which concentrates on European business law including courses like Drafting INternational Contracts and stuff like that. Wed Jan 16, 2008 12:36 PM I guess the application is the same everywhere: just go to the homepage of the university you want to study at (for the program in Salzburg go to www.mcgeorge.edu) and print out the admission form - there you find all requirements. In order to be able to take part in an LLM-Program, you need a graduation from a law school - as far as I know an LLB is sufficient. Another important thing is that you need (for programs taught in English) a TOEFL-test which is an English test where min. 80 points are required. Then - for some programs - you need to transmit a sample of legal writing in English. You could send something you've already written during your studies. I hope I've helped you with that information! |
