Italian/English (or Spanish) translator

Hello all, I need some help to translate some interesting articles that were sent to me by an italian proffesor. I understand english and spanish, but unfortunately not italian. Could someone give me a had with this? I know it is a hard work, but perhaps someone is interested. To make eassier the work I recomend to translate the documents with an online translator (i.e. google translator; I can do that if someone wants), and the correct the mistakes.

Once I did a work like this to a friend, and you are right, with an online translator it is eassier! I would like to help you but I do not speak italian. Anyway, why dont you tell us what kind or articles are in order to see if someone is interested in them?

You are right, sorry, the articles are the following:
- L’autonomia privata nei rapporti economici internazionali ed i suoi limiti
- Lex mercatus e lex societatis tra principi di diritto internazionale privato e disciplina dei mercati finanziari
- Lettere di intenti, legge regolatrice e scelta del giudice nei trasferimenti di pacchetto azionario
- Leggi regolatrici e circolazione in Italia di obbligazioni estere
- Società italiane e disciplina applicabile a controllate
e collegate estere nella L. 262/2005

- commercial law and corporate law in the principles of private international right and the matter of financial markets;
- Lettere di intenti, legge regolatrice e scelta del giudice nei trasferimenti di pacchetto azionario:
- letters of intents, applicable law and choice of Judge in the transfer of quotas;
- Leggi regolatrici e circolazione in Italia di obbligazioni estere:
- applicable law and circulation in Italy of foreign obbligations;
- Società italiane e disciplina applicabile a controllate
e collegate estere nella L. 262/2005:
- Italian companies and law applicable to foreign controlled and colleagues in the law 262/2005.
