LLM in New Jersey
Dear All,Tue Dec 25, 2007 12:03 PM I graduated in law from ILS Law College, Pune in 2006. I want to pursue my LL.M in New Jersey. Could you suggest which is better Seton Hall or Rutgers? |

I don't think Rutgers offers an LLM. Please correct me if I'm wrong...

you are right. There is only one LL.M available in NJ and that is Seton Hall.

Hi thanks for your input...but Seton Hall offers LLM only in Health Law whcih im not interested in...im interested in corporate law and international business law because i want to return to india after 4 -5 yrs and practise

you can work only for such duration as may be permitted by the school; and that too mostly only as a part of your internship. usually, you should take it that you cannot work while you are pursuing LL.M for earning purposes;Sat Jan 12, 2008 10:41 PM after your LL.M you are allowed to work for one year in USA as a part of OPT. the stay can be extended if you are hired by any US employer who may be willing to sponsore your H-1B visa |
