Dear Hrn,
I don't know the Hertfordshire programme

The three I know best are

Southampton

Swansea

and the one we run at City (Admiralty, Marine Insurance, Carriage of Goods by Sea and International Sales).

London University had a Maritime LLM as well. However, since the London LLM split up I am not sure whether all the Maritime courses are all available at one London University institution.

I would recommend you have a look at all three websites
with best regards

Dear Hrn,

I am currently taking LLM maritime law at swansea uni, and i can confirm that Swansea does not offer placement after graduation. The matter of fact, i don`t know of any maritime law institute which does offer placement.

As for your choise, I am sure you can shop around the UK universities for a good quality LLM in Maritime Law, do not just stick with Hertfordshire, visit Swansea, Southampton, Notingham, etc...
