Hi!

I was wondering if there's anyone here who knows what are the best law schools to apply for an LLM in Environmental Law. I saw at USNews that the top three are Vermont, Lewis and Clark and Pace. I think Pace is the perfect for me (i'm brazilian, and they have an amazing comparative us-brazil environmental law program), but since is really hard to get a scholarship, I wanted to know a list with all the top law schools in that area so I can choose the best ones, considering the chances to get a scholarship.

Thank you in advance.

Mila,

I think you should also consider the general ranking in order to choose which school to go to. Georgetown, Stanford, Duke and Berkeley are top 10 in Environmental Law. George Washington, NYU and UCLA are top 20.

Thank you for you replies. I am considering Columbia because it's a very prestigious school and I have a chance to get a scholarship, unlike Pace. I'm really interested about the odds of getting a scholarship, because the LLM is too expensive without it. :)

You started a new thread on this topic and I answered that, but would be happy to answer any other questions you have about Lewis & Clark's program.
