apo056: LSE vs. Cambridge. Pros & cons.

I am currently trying to decide which of the programs I would like to attend, given I am accepted into both programmes. On these grounds I would like to clarify the pros and cons of both institutions.

Obviously, Cambridge wins as for reputation. But I have some concerns about Cambridge as for the short terms and the program ending in june, in opposition to LSE lasting for 12 months. Is this due to Cambridge being a 60 ECT program while LSE is a 90 ECT program? I don't know. Even so, the lengthier academic year is a big pro in my opinion in favor of LSE.

I suspect that I am not the only person who is struggling with the choice between these two excellent schools. Can anyone point out any relevant differences? I am not too interested to hear about reputation, as this is quite clear to me, as well as I feel this is an over-debated topic on this forum.

Any input is greatly appreciated!

I have not been accepted to Cambridge, but I hope to be.

I have written this post in case of acceptance, as I will have very little time to give my response to LSE upon hearing from Cambridge due to LSEs 6 week deadline to accept offers.
