Best Corporate Law-LLM Program

Stanford, Harvard and Columbia offer by far the best LL.M. programs in Corporate Law.Sun Jan 27, 2008 09:29 PM Yale is also excellent (actually is the best law school in the U.S.) but the LL.M. is very academic oriented and since you are a lawyer I deem you prefer practice oriented programs. Also consider that there are others Law schools which offer great LL.M. programs linked with US business schools (the so-called joint degrees). Hey. From my point of view the best (most complete) LLM Program in the USA is definitely the NORTHWESTERN one - LLM/KELLOGG. You should take a look in their program. Good Luck!

NU is also very good and you should also check UPenn|Wharton joint degree program. Mon Jan 28, 2008 12:20 PM But I do believe that in Corporate Law SLS, HLS and CLS are in a league of their own. |

Hi lion, there are a bunch of excellent US Law Schools in Corporate Law field (including Chicago, Cornell, Duke, UVA, Berkeley, etc.); but since the thread was about the "Best Corporate Law-LLM Program", I've been told that SLS, HLS and CLS are so far the best. Tue Jan 29, 2008 09:27 AM By the way, I believe that all Top 15 US Law Schools have outstanding Corporate programs, but if I have to pick I would go for these three law schools. In any case this is only my opinion based on the information I collected and I might be wrong. M. |
