Yale is also excellent (actually is the best law school in the U.S.) but the LL.M. is very academic oriented and since you are a lawyer I deem you prefer practice oriented programs. Also consider that there are others Law schools which offer great LL.M. programs linked with US business schools (the so-called joint degrees). Tue, 29 Jan 2008 10:27:00 +0200 http://www.llm-guide.com/board/39204/last#39278 Hi lion, there are a bunch of excellent US Law Schools in Corporate Law field (including Chicago, Cornell, Duke, UVA, Berkeley, etc.); but since the thread was about the "Best Corporate Law-LLM Program", I've been told that SLS, HLS and CLS are so far the best. By the way, I believe that all Top 15 US Law Schools have outstanding Corporate programs, but if I have to pick I would go for these three law schools. In any case this is only my opinion based on the information I collected and I might be wrong. M.
