Hi all, Mon Feb 04, 2008 04:02 PM I will be subleasing my studio apartment beginning mid-May. It's in the beautiful and safe neighborhood of Lincoln Park, right across the lake and CTA bus stop. There is also a nice food market with all you need. The building has a laundry and a sun deck. The manager is in the same building, so all your requests are immediately fulfilled. Takes 15 minutes to get to the Loop. $700 plus electricity which is about $25 and will be $15 in Spring and Summer. I will also leave all of my utensils, vacuum cleaner, iron and board, pieces of furniture and an air bed for a small price |
