I got an admission e-mail this morning. They said that they will send a formal letter within two weeks.

All I can say is "accept it." Austin is the greatest place on Earth (lots of stuff to do, nice people, parks everywhere, etc.). Everyone who lives there inevitably spends the rest of their life trying to move back once they move away.

I attended UT for my JD. UT is a good law school and you will love Austin. It is a great place and I wish I had never left.

Thanks for all the comments. I got other options but I am seriously thinking about accepting it.

I applied just before the deadline in January.
My TOEFL score is 663 in the PBT.
I am from Venezuela.

I am in too!

UT is absolutely a fantastic option for JD applicants, but when it comes to LLM, will its location become a problem? Does someone know about the job placement of UT's LLM graduates?
