How to choose a school?

I am so confused right now, I got offers of admission from NYUSL, Penn law, University of Chicago and Vanderbilt university. So now I am facing a tough choice... Vandy law offered me a merit scholarship, which indeed sounds very good, but the other schools have higher rankings.
I just wonder how big is actually the difference between #4 and #17 in US news rankings.

Any ideas what I should consider when choosing? It is so difficult to make a decision when you're across the ocean and have quite a faint idea about the schools you applied to.
I will really appreciate if somebody can share their ideas on the subjects.

I am a current LLM student at Vanderbilt. I was also admitted to several very interesting law schools.

If any admitted student would like to know more about the program at Vanderbilt (or life in Nashville etc.): please send me a private message: I would be pleased to give you my "inside" opinion.

Vanderbilt is now #11 in the Vault ranking, and #15 in the US news ranking.

Vanderbilt is now ranked above ucla, above usc, and many other excellent law schools. This proves the fantastic work the people here at vanderbilt do everyday to make vanderbilt one of the very best law schools in the world.

Well, I made my decision already and it was in favour of Vandy law. The admission committee indeed does a lot to make everybody welcome and I should say that it was among the factors that helped me make up my mind and choose Vanderbilt Law school.
