Dauren, the same here. No news (good or bad) from Harvard and today is already the 22nd... Wanted to see if other people posted "I'm in"s emails here, but it was not the case...
Did anyone receive admissions or rejections from Harvard yesterday or today (without having emailed or called them)?

li'lbro, are you a fulbright scholar? I am asking because it takes longer for the fulbright scholars to receive the admission result, as the schools cannot contact us and we have to wait for the fulbright officials to spread the news!

nope, unfortunately i am not... am just waiting now :(

The sudden lull seems to suggest that there are no more places to be given out. So much for my Harvard dream.

Just phone them! You're either in, out, or on a wait list. And they will tell you which in about five minutes. To be honest if you haven't heard anything i'd have thought the latter was the most likely (just cause everyone i know who got rejected/accepted has got an email).

It's got to be better than checking your inbox every two minutes :)

To those admitted
Have you received the Fed ex letter as yet? I know I'm being impatient since they said we should get it sometime next week but still I thought I'd ask..

My FedEx materials are scheduled to arrive next Tuesday, according to the FedEx website. Haven't you received the e-mail with the tracking number?
Cheers!

My FedEx materials are scheduled to arrive today (Monday). According to the FedEx website they sent the package last Friday. I guess that all the admitted applicants have received such an e-mail.
I'm impatient. I want to hold the official admission letter in my hands.

Congrats to all!

When i finally muster the courage to give them a call, i am told that they are closed for Easter. Its like adding insult to injury. There's nothing worse than prolonging agony. Its time for some mercy killing.

To those lucky admitted - did you "provoke" a decision from Harvard, I mean, did you have deadlines to accept or deny other offers and then emailed ou called Harvard?
I still do not have any results from the 4 schools to which I applied, so I haven't called or emailed them.
To those who have not received any answer - admission nor rejection - like me, you didn't email or call them?
As you see, I am desperate and want to understand their proceeding... Why some have heard admissions and denials and others haven't heard anything yet...
Thank you!

4 letters for their process, slow. They take priority on their admitted students (which is understandable). For those who are on the second or third list, you would have to wait. You might get lucky if someone rejects their offer. But also bear in mind that this offer may come very late as May. And by now you would probably have accepted or even prepared for other schools.

My suggestion is "stop" tormenting yourself by doing nothing. Call them up and you will get the answer. If you get a rejection or wait list at least you know your situation. God bless!

I amfrom Mexico and havenīt received any e-mails nor letters regarding my application. I obviously presume my chances are not good, if any. I e-mailed a personal contact in the admissions office ten minutes ago and I believe he will respond tomorrow. There are at leats 3 other applicants from my Law School, close friends, actually, who havenīt received a reply either. There are also 2 more applicants from my Law Firm. I guess we will just exclude each other in the competition.

Any thoughts?

Hi! As far as I could see in the posts, those of us who are definitely out did not get a formal letter/e-mail of rejection? Is that right? It just seems a bit awkward to me as such a system would cause an incredible load of inquiries; otherwise, one would know that he is simply waitinglisted and not bother the office of admission. Cheers, Goring

PS: Isnīt it great how we can turn a noun into a verb in the language of George W.? ;-)

I got rejected today via e-mail.

I spoke to a fellow mexican who got accepted and he is certain that all admissions have been offered. He even got the names of the other mexicans accepted so that he could contact them.

Goog luck!

Since two of my friends still have heard nothing from HLS, I have some questions?

At this point, for people who still don't know any news, do they still have chances? I think they never contract HLS to know the results via email and there are nothing from HLS arrive at their home yet.

For people who got rejection by email, does HLS still send rejection letters via postal mail?

Noname, I read from previous post, you are Thai right? I am Thai too.^^. I also applied to HLS, however I hadnt received anything from Them. So, I sent email to HLS today asking about my status. I got simple rejection mail. a bit sad but it's too long shot anyway. I do believe that one who does not get anything from HLS up till now has very slim chance to be admitted. may be the best case scenario is waiting list ,just my personal opinion

Come on guys, so far only 22 of the have joined the Harvard group on lawyrs.net [www.lawyrs.net/llmguide/29] and only 17 on FB.

Doesn't HLS admit around 150 LLM students? So where is everyone else?

Maybe some people prefer to stay here and communicate with their LLM-Guide pseudonyms...

Ehi Guys, I am shaking...
Do they send refusal via regular mail?
Normally those who are accepted receive a package and not a simple letter, is it correct?

Thank you to any of you answering....
