As the first admitted people had to confirm their intensions to enter Berkeley last Friday, this post is to know about new admission offers!

Hope that tomorrow Berkeley will start sending the second wave of acceptances,

If someone knows about updates, acceptances or rejections, please let us know.

This message is to inform you that, as of 5:00 PM on Friday, March 14th, we still have not received your decision regarding whether you accept our offer of admission into the LL.M. program at UC Berkeley’s School of Law.

Because we recognize that you may need more time to consider before making your decision, we have extended the deadline for submitting that decision to our office until 12:00 noon (Pacific Time) on Wednesday, March 19th. However, this deadline cannot be extended any further, due to the schedule of admissions processes to which our office must adhere. If we have not received a decision from you by this time, we will have no choice but to regard your application as having been withdrawn from consideration.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. If you have any further questions or concerns regarding the admissions process, please contact our office (by e-mail at: llm@law.berkeley.edu, or by phone at: 510-642-1476) at your earliest possible convenience.

Just to let all of you know,

I just receive my admission email from Berkeley. (Date: Mon, 17 Mar 2008 15:04:50 -0700) I presume that the second wave has been commencing now.

I just called Berkeley (Advanced Law Degree Programs: 510-642-1476) and spoke to "Jason." He stated that the school has notified all of the applicants that the "board" has made a decision on. He made it sound as though more acceptances could be expected. Further, he stated that all decisions can be expected within 2 weeks.

My friend who is currently studied at Berkeley sent me a message today...

"I heard from LLM office that they'll send out all the admissions before the end of this week (I think it's this coming Fri.).."

oh well.. I got offers from great schools so I am not bothered.. They invited me to reapply, but I guess I won't because if you get rejected once, it is likely that you will be rejected twice!!!!
