Now that I know how prestigious NYU's LLM is, I'm excited about attending. I assume I'm not the only trust funder going to this fall, so are there any other NYU admits interested in renting a high end apartment for our LLM year?

Nothing too crazy. I'm thinking about $5,000 a month each. At least three people. We may have to bump it up to $10,000 depending on how expensive New York is. I'm expecting to throw a party at least once a month so we'll need to get something large. We'll also be sharing a car and parking spot. Other amenities must include a well stocked top shelf bar, housekeeping, and a prime location - ideally near the park. I'll also have a prime gaming setup, so you should not be averse to video games. We'll also be going out a lot so only well rounded people. Please don't be allergic either as I plan on renting a dog.

We're only going to be in New York for a year, so we should do it right. PM me if you fit the profile.

Only if there will be coke and escorts as well. I'm not so comfortable with rooming with a known racist/bigot like yourself. But I will do it for the coke and escorts.

What in the world? Why would you accuse me of such ignominy? All types of people are perfectly welcome, so long as you fit the requirements above.

Regarding your concern - The rules of the house are that you can do whatever you want, so long as I am not aware of it.

Sounds good. We'll see if we can get Elliot Spitzer for the 3rd roomate. He's a trust funder who knows how to party. And he'll probably need a new pad by then too.

I'm renting the dog because I only need it for one year. It's mainly going to be used to pick up women. I'll put up an ad on Craigslist.

If you're actually rich and good looking, lets hook up! I like to get out there and party, but I only put up with assholes that are pretty. Don't mind me, but i'm actually quite striking. So if you're not up to my standards, i wont give you the time of day. But if you are, then we should definitely hook up.
