I assume I'm not the only trust funder going to this fall, so are there any other NYU admits interested in renting a high end apartment for our LLM year? Nothing too crazy. I'm thinking about $5,000 a month each. At least three people. We may have to bump it up to $10,000 depending on how expensive New York is. I'm expecting to throw a party at least once a month so we'll need to get something large. We'll also be sharing a car and parking spot. Other amenities must include a well stocked top shelf bar, housekeeping, and a prime location - ideally near the park. I'll also have a prime gaming setup, so you should not be averse to video games. We'll also be going out a lot so only well rounded people. Please don't be allergic either as I plan on renting a dog. We're only going to be in New York for a year, so we should do it right.
