Hi! Has anyone had their interview for the Tax LLM program? If so, can you share what type of questions they ask and provide some examples? Does anyone know whether being interviewed for this program is a good sign? Thanks! And congrats to all those who have been admitted!

I had an interview for the tax program back in January or February, and was admitted about 48 hours later. I was interviewed by two people on speaker phone (the dean and one of the directors of admission, I believe), and they were very nice. They mostly asked me questions about my work experience and relevant tax experience and classes, nothing difficult. Make sure you have questions prepared to ask them, too. At the beginning of my interview, they told me they interview all candidates, but at the end, they told me that they interview promising candidates, and unless you really screw up the interview, you're in. Conflicting information, but that's what they told me.

Hi Folks,

Just had my phone interview with Dean Haddad.
Only thing I can say is that he is really friendly, easy going! and that the intw went smoothly.

Thanks LinkedS, your advises were very usefull. I look forward to get a positive decision.
