NYU Tax E-LLM

Okay, to keep my options opened I have applied for this part-time program. I graduated from a top 50 law school, top 20%, am a law firm partner, practice area includes state and local tax litigation. What are my chances of acceptance? What would my changes be if I were applying to the in-class part time program? Speculation is appreciated. Thanks for the comments.
