Advice. Mst in Oxford, LLM in Edinburgh or PhD in Birmingham. I am interested in the International Human Right Law of Mst, for LLM is the IP and PhD is basically just for research in my area of interest.

I did the LLM in Edinburgh in International Law and am now doing a PhD in Human Rights Law at Edinburgh and have never once regretted my decision. I took a break for 4 years to practice law before returning to the PhD. The programmes are both excellent. I have quite a few friends who did the IP LLM at Edi and they all sing the praises. The PhD has been a fabulous experience as they have worked extremely hard to ensure that the PhD experience is not isolating.
The city is beautiful and faculty at the university is extremely helpful! If you have any specific questions, I would be happy to answer them!

It's impossible to advise which is best as the three are so different. If you want an academic career go for the Mst or PhD. If you want to practice, go for the LLM.
