BVC or LPC?

I am just a bit concerned as to what one gets out of either the BVC or the LPC? The LPC seems like you get more knowledge when you come out of it. I am actually confused as to which decision to make.

Any help will be appreciated.

Depends on what you want.

Barrister - has to be the BVC
Solicitor - the LPC

Can generally add to both to make them an LLM too now at some of the places, such as City and BPP.

Both are really vocational and practical, so legal substantive content are not their priority.
