GW vs Fordham & Scholarships?

Hi guys,

I just got an email that I got into GW for the Dispute Resolution LLM. I did my bachelor's in the US, got my LLB from England and recently passed the NY bar exam last fall. I would love to work in international conflict resolution or dispute resolution, but would prefer to do it from New York. Does anyone have any opinions on choosing Fordham or GW Law? I realize that GW has a well known dispute resolution program (and ranks higher)...but New York has better connections???

Also, in order to receive a scholarship to a particular LLM program, do you have to specifically apply for it or do they just offer it to you? If you didn't check the appropriate box, would they still offer you a scholarship?

Many thanks!

Just regarding your last question about checking out the scholarship box, I had a similar experience in GW. I checked "NO" on applying for scholarship, but GW offered me a full tuition scholarship.
