Nottingham Law School, Nottingham Trent University
Hi there!Tue Apr 29, 2008 08:36 AM I was missing some information about LLM programmes at Nottingham Law School, Nottingham Trent University. I am taking part in a programme there at the moment (Europe) and I can strongly recommend the Law School. The lecturers are very nice and helpful, the School has excellent learning facilities, there are a lot of international students (I am from Germany) which is good for international networking, the Uni also offers LPC and BVC courses, so there is substantial contact with future English solicitors/barristers. Overall a really good experience! Although it doesn't seem to be the case within England in Germany the law school has a very high reputation and is considered among the 15 best law schools within the UK. See for example the articles in azur-online: www.azur-online.de/pic/2005_01_LLM-GB.pdf or Anwaltsblatt-Karriere: www.anwaltsblatt-karriere.de/downloads/Heft1/LLM-R… There are also a number of students (and staff) coming over from University of Nottingham for their LLM :-) Anyway, maybe this information is helpful for future interested students. Enjoy your course! |
