IP / Tech LLM
2 part question:Fri May 09, 2008 02:03 PM So I just came from the USPTO's page and found out that my undergrad computer science BS doesn't qualify me to take the patent bar... 1) Would it still be a good idea to get a LLM in IP or Tech law, in spite of not being able to practice patent? 2) I'm top 25% of my class and i've taken TM, IP seminar, computer law, copyright and patent. Should I even be considering an LLM? |
