As for the rankings durham, nottingham, manchester and leeds follows each other and all are well reputed schools. However, Durham is one step forward among them. I would not choose kent but dundee is famous for its CEPMLP program.

durham may be ahead in terms of ranking but it really offers a rather limited choice in terms of subjects.
mancs, leeds and nottingham are all very good, guess the difference would depend on the topics u choose and then see who's actually teaching them.

With all due respect, the common critique of durham university is that there are only few modules being offered. Do you honestly know how many modules you can enrol in? It will be max of 5-6 modules! The modules offered by durham are very specialised. There is no doubt that Durham Universitiy, outside of OxBridge, is simply the best! It is rich in traditions and it is an excellent university.

If you fancy wearing a gown and going to formals, you only have 3 choices: OxBridge and Durham!
