Tax LLM: USA, UK, Europe?
I'm a Swiss-educated tax lawyer planning on an LLM in international tax in 2009/2010. I need some advice on which school is best for a career in tax law. Currently I'm considering NYU, LSE, Leiden, European Tax College Tilburg, and Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration.Sun May 25, 2008 07:30 AM Which program would you recommend? I plan to return to Europe after the LLM. Thanks! [Edited 25 May 2008 by MiKal] |

That depends on what you are looking for. Are you looking for a pure international tax law program, as your post suggest, then NYU, Leiden or Vienna are the places you should consider. If you also want to study comparative domestic tax law, then LSE is a good option.
