Oxbridge BCL/LLM

I guess a similar question; what about very good grades (top 2 or 3 in the class) from a lesser-ranked (3rd tier, if that means anything to you) state law school? I've got a law review editorial board post, great references, etc. But what are the odds coming from a school that probably no one at Cambridge or Oxford has heard from (West Virginia University College of Law).

I think both Cambridge and Oxford will as a starting point consider your LL.B./J.D. final grades. If you have a first class degree, or are in the top 5% of your class, your chances of getting an offer will be high. Thanks; I have a former professor (he's at another school now) who did the Cambridge LLM five or six years ago, I figure that'd be a good reference.
