I have been told by friends that some better institutions like University of Melbourne MAY require international students to complete the 1 year LLM in 1.5 years instead. Besides the first degree requirement, i think all universities have an english requirement. The IELTS requirement and conditions for waiver vary from institutions to institutions so I am unable to provide specifics on this aspect.
