Fri Jul 18, 2008 07:51 AM hey i am an aspirant doing my final year in LLB am looking to get in a Uni either in USA or UK... considering the fact that i get over with my degree in 2009 mid may sometimes, when is the right time for me to apply...??? and for IPR which Uni is the best....?? any and every suggestion will be appreciated...

I cant speak for the USA really as my knowledge of their Unis and programs is very basic but as for the UK, generally received opinion among academics and practitioners is that Queen Mary, University of London is the top IPR program. I had a quick look through there faculty list for another post and saw they had at least 5 IP Professors so htey definately have a staff list to prove it! Other than that and focussing on specialist programs, UCL and KCL both offer UOL programs and Nottingham and Manchester offer other respectable options.
