Hİ there,
I have been offered places by MIPLC and Edinburgh Universities LLM programmes, for Edinburgh LLM in Innovation, Technology and Law, slightly different focus than IP. Any suggestions/comments on both programs and also comparison between the cities are very much appreciated.

I am yet to make it to Munich but I hear its a top city. As for Edinburgh, I'd rank it as a fantastic place. It's full of history, culture and entertainment, is picturesque and is on my list of places to apply for 09/10. The University is one fo the top ten schools in the UK and is rankable alongside the likes of Durham and Aberdeen. Unfortunately I am unaware of its expertise in IP but I imagine it's right up there. Notably, Prof Hector MacQueen is resident there and he is a leader in his field with a few textbooks to his name.

EDIpostgrad: LLM in IP, Edinburgh or MIPLC

Edinburgh has a top programme in its Innovation, Technology and the Law LLM. The head of the programme Dr. Waelde (http://www.law.ed.ac.uk/staff/charlottewaelde_77.aspx) has published several books with Prof MacQueen who was mentioned by the other post. The programme also has a dedicated AHRC research centre. I highly suggest checking it out. http://www.law.ed.ac.uk/ahrc/
Edinburgh is definitely a fantastic city in which to live and Munich is nice but I find Edi much easier to navigate. Best of luck!

I sent exactly the same documents for MIPLC, Edinburgh and Queen Mary (M.Sc.). I can not make any comparison between the 3. and accepted. Regarding job prospects, i really do not have any idea for all. Any input for the job prospects after graduation from them is very much welcomed, pls. let me say that, i am not a EU citizen, that, i think important in finding jobs. An LLM degree provide a good job opportunity for a non-EU citizen?
regards,
