LLM in employee benefits

Hi everybody,

I'm currently looking for an LLM programme in employee benefits in the UK or the US. It seems that the only law school in the anglo-saxon world that offers the programme is John Marshall Law School (www.jmls.edu/academics/tax_eb_law/eb_llm_main.shtm…). Is there anybody who knows anything about this programme in addition to the info on their website? Would you recommend the programme?

Many thanks in advance for any comments on this post.

Cheers,

Jenn

Georgetown has a program - individualized LLM with certificate in employee benefits.

www.law.georgetown.edu/graduate/emp_benefits.cfm

It's generally better regarded than John Marshall and the D.C. location is a plus.

This is most helpful - thank you. I've taken a look at the programme website - it seems to be what I'm looking for (despite too many US-specific topics on the curriculum). Cheers, Jenn
