Anyone headed to Ifor Evans Hall? Do any of you know what the experience at this hall will be?

I haven't received the letter yet; I called up the office since mail from the UK can take around 3 weeks to arrive in my country. My preferred halls were also intercollegiate halls but I wasn't offered any places at these residences.
