tax admissions

background:
I graduated in may from a low tier 1/high tier 2 law school with a 3.2 GPA, top 25% of the class, on law review. only took two tax classes and did OK in corporate tax, not so great in income tax (our school's tax profs are infamously bad). I clerked at a firm doing lots of tax work, and I now work in the same firm's corporate/estate department, still doing tax.

My question:
What are my chances of getting into NYU, UF, Georgetown, or NW? And what are the job prospects of those programs' graduates?

ANY information would be appreciated. Thanks.
