just to be clear. are u asking if there are any schools in Africa that offer such LLM, or do u have a school in mind and are requesting info on that?

give a look to McGill University in Montreal, which is also where is based the international agency fo civil aviation... hope it helped!

McGill's program in aviation law is generally considered the foremost program of its kind. Leiden University also very good, of course.
