Hamburg and Bologna are among my favourites as well. Greetz, Philippe Well, correct me if I'm wrong, but according to the official site, deadline for 3d country nationals (basically outside the EU) is 15th of December and 31 of March fro EU citizens and several other countries. So yeah, it may be late. But still, it's just how the site says - I am also considering attending this programme this year, but might not get all the documents in time. Deadline for me is 15th of December.
