Between Top Law School and General One
Hello all,Wed Nov 19, 2008 08:34 AM I'm just wondering how do you guys think about going to Top Law Schools (let's say top ten) on scholarships with obligation of 2-3 years of working and other general law schools (top 100 or no rank) on obligation-free scholarship. Which one would you prefer? Let's share some opinion here so that people in this similar situation can make informed decisions. Thanks! |

What are the schools that require you to work for them for 2-3 years? I have never heard of that. Thu Nov 20, 2008 05:59 PM I think it depends of what kind of job they offer... |

Hey SierraThu Nov 20, 2008 06:42 PM The bonded scholarship is not sponsored by law schools but a financial institutions in my country. So, after graduated I will have to work for them for about 2 years and 3 months something. It's not the kind of job I like...in-house lawyer with absolute zero opportunity to learn more..... |

That job (even if it looks boring now) can turn out to be a good opportunity, can not it?Thu Nov 20, 2008 10:07 PM Although, I am not a good adviser for you, since I am not sure what job exactly is offered. Sprry. I though you meant some law school offer in the US. |
