anyone has news from Cambridge today? I have called to the LLM office yesterday, as I have my national scholarship deadline due this week. The woman was ready to tell me, whether I was accepted straight by phone, but after couple of minutes searching she found that my application was still under consideration. Though she assured that the answers are gonna come within the upcoming two weeks.
Moreover, I was told that the result would first of all appear on the CAMSIS and only later would an email arrive, specifying the conditions (should the offer be conditional),

that's about it by now

I haven't looked at this post for a while and I see there have been lots of developments. Congratulations to all those who are in at Oxford, superb achievement. Particularly jags - well done man. I hope we'll all have an amazing and challenging year, wherever we end up!

Fantastic news Alvin, I echo the sentiments of Tigerland, although I didn't co-create the thread or anything, I've simply been around since the beginning. lol.

As for emailing or not, I'm not going to. Part of the excitement is waiting for the letter/email and, to be honest, I always feel like a pain when I chase people up. I'm sure I can hang on for the next few days. Although, come friday, I may be a bit agitated!


Same here: I can handle a few days more :)

no, i got a mail from Marianne Biese. I'd sent them a mail requesting them to email my status whenever possible, since i'm not in town for the next 10 days (so wont be able to check my postal mail). Did not mail Ms. Malloy.

altough I already received the "Malloy mail" I also got the e-mail from mrs Biese. Does she state in your mails as well that "...you may not be in your first choice college..."?

that they'll send more details in the offer letter was in the mail... i'm just presuming that it'll come by the end of the week. That wasn't mentioned in the mail.

The letter doesnt state the time framework for receiving the official letter by post. Good luck to everyone. )))

Yes. I emailed the faculty asking for my status. Plus, the reply contained the "your college may not be your first choice college".

I believe that implies your placement in Siberia College or Uzbekistan College. I hear it's a long and snowy trek from the law building.
