Hello glat! Ă also planning for an LLM in IT law. So far, I have sent an application for the EULISP LLM. I already had a little chat about the whole issue on the subject in another board, check it out www.llm-guide.com/board/350. Where exactly are you planning to go?Fri Jan 28, 2005 01:32 PM Val |

Re: IT Law
What is Glasgow like as a city? Can you compare it to cities like Manchester, Liverpool or Edinburgh (these I know from my travels).

Hi Mohammad! Thank you for you valuable information, maybe I will consider the Queen Mary one, although I guess I should clarify money matters with my parents first ;-)Wed Feb 02, 2005 10:23 PM Val |

Re: Re: IT Law
Currently it is not common the US among ABA approved law schools to offer JD courses by distance learning:Fri Feb 04, 2005 06:37 AM www.abanet.org/legaled/distanceeducation/distance.… There are a few ABA approved law schools that offer LL.M. courses by distance education, but most of these do not belong to the top-tier law schools. Compared to that, some UK universities that offer distance learning LLM degrees (such as University of London, Strathclyde University Glasgow, Edinburgh University) enjoy an excellent reputation. |

By the way, I do not know any US LLM specialising in IT Law, which is offered by distance education.
