i think you should write to NYU stating that you have received the packet and not the email......b'coz ur case is pretty unusual........

@acm....sorry i forgot that u already have received an offer.....hope to c u in May.....have you accepted their offer?????? and have you recieved the $35K grant from them?????

accepted as well to nyu@nus and nyu@nyc, $20K scholarship for nus, none for nyc.

Congratulations michaelcorleone for the admission!

I'm getting worried now and beginning to question whether there 's second batch of admission yet to be released by NYU or is this the end for those who haven't got the admission decision?

Please help, is there anyone admitted is a part of applicants who completed their application on late November or by the deadline (1 Dec)???

i actually submitted my application a few days before the deadline. did you submit your application for just NYC or for both NUS and NYC? my impression is, they are releasing the results for those who applied for both NUS and NYC first.

Thanks for your reply, michaelcorleone. I hope that's definitely the case, because yes i only opted for NYU@NUS.

Perhaps the others who got their admission offer could confirm this?

@bssb80 and all those waiting for the decision for nyu@nus, you can just login the admitted students website and if you are able to login then it means you have been admitted..........the link is given below.....

hey i didnt knew dat 4 stars concept......my deadline is 23 january.....may i know ur home country?.....just having little bit info abt co students......hey is the deans award $35K in US$ or singapore's $......i know it should be US$ but doubts have no basis.......

I accepted my offer. My friend Sonny, who also applied, hasn't heard anything yet.

Hey sonny is Glasgow from UK right????....we often exchanged emails using this site but he has not applied for nyu@nus as far as i know....he only applied for NYU@NYC....corerect me if i'm wrong......

and secondly, i also got enrolled yesterday....but a little confusion....i logged in to the admitted students website and clicked on the 'enrol today' option and made the payment .....the problem is that i have not received any confirmation as i used somebody else's credit card to make the payment........should i email them and ask for the confirmation.....and one thing more....do i need to mail the intention to enrol form or just scanning it and emailing it would serve the purpose???????....

Hi,

Yea, Sonny is my friend, we studied at the same time at HKU and were at the same dorm. He is a cool dude... he applied for both programs.

Today was Martin Luther King day in the US, so the NYU offices were closed. Maybe that is why. If I were you, I would call NYU using Skype or a phone card or something, and explain the situation.

I would ask NYU about the forms things as well...

dats good...i wish he also gets through NYU, u'll have a good company....how did you made the payment??????

I think u r right...i shd call them.....i ahve emailed them explaining my case and if i'll not hear anything in a day or 2, i'll surely will call them.......

Hi,

I just sent a check along with my acceptance letter.

I think perhaps you should call them on the 20th if your deadline is the 23rd... just to be safe.

are you on facebook? there is a NYU@NUS 2009-2010 group now.

Well i think they will be giving out all the results in few days....once they have started, it will not take much time for them to announce the results.....

I'm also from India.....why dont you visit their admitted students website and try to login there.....all d best ....
