As an NYU LLM who had several friends attend the fair (and many got jobs), i can attest that it is a great opportunity.. . . .BUT most of the firms are regarding jobs back in your home country. Thus almost all the non-tax LLMs got offers in their home countries (but many from US firms). IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR WORK IN THE US, YOU WILL NEED TO START LOOKING NOW. This is especially the case in difficult markets like NY, CA and DC -- which are the primary ones that most foreigners go to (but as someone suggested in another post -- several other states, allows foreign LLMs to sit for the bar).
