University of Canterbury - Reputation
Greetings all:Fri Jul 22, 2005 08:10 PM I'm a recent law graduate from Canada looking to study elsewhere upon completion of my articles. I'm interested in the University of Canterbury and N.Z. in general. Can anyone please inform as to the general reputation of Canterbury in N.Z. and abroad? Particularily in regards to legal scholarship. Thank You, SR |

There is little difference between law schools in New Zealand, so best to choose a university in relation to the subject you want to study. If there is a heirarchy i suggest it would be this: 1)Auckland 2) Wellington 3)Canterbury 4)Otago/Waikato

Thanks Baine. Good to know. What would you say the international reputation of NZ schools would be? Are they well regarded in the UK?
