<description>I&#39;d done my JD in CityU in 3.5 years, planning to take LLM in USC in LA this fall. My plan is to take CA bar exam afterwards.

I&#39;m the first cohort of the course (about 50 class size) and most of my classmates are very successful and experienced executives or even &quot;CXO&quot; of a big firm.

All of us already hold advanced degrees or professional qualification such as CPAs or chartered engineers, and some of them hold PhD in physics or engineeing.

Now many of them have already called to bar as barrister or prepared to be a solicitor in Hong Kong, although it&#39;s a long journey for all of us.

To choose a JD in Hong Kong is a personal thing, you may do some research of three law schools and compare their fees against your future plans. I would say the courses are similar, faculty staff are usually highly-qualified and all of my classmates are very smart, friendly, mature and helpful.
