Hi,

I completed a LLB in England in 2008 and have since moved to New Zealand. I am wanting to continue my education here so i can practice law. Could anyone inform me which course i need to take next to practice here.

Thanks, H

Your best bet would be to select the district where you would like to practice and contact the relevant Law Society there for more information :) There do not appear to be many NZ lawyers on this thread so someone with expertise on this question might take awhile to appear!

Hi,

I am about to complete my University of London External LLB. I am doing a graduate route which consists of 9 papers. I have done Contract, CommonLaw, Public Law, Criminal law, Land law and trust law. I will be taking my tort, European union and family law papers next year. Would like to know if I could qualify to do my bar in order to practice in Australia? Is the Legal practice Course the course we take to qualify to practice?
