I am an American considering going there, but I have heard different things about it. I haven't heard from King's or Queen Mary, but I have a feeling it's been so long, who knows, I may not get in. Can someone please give me more info on it or its reputation? I mostly just want to study in London for one year. thanks! Try any one of the big University of London colleges - they're in a different league. If your grades are good try UCL and LSE. If your grades are good but not hot, try Queen Mary or Kings. I got into Queen Mary and went there, and I love it (and very glad I was able to go there instead of westminster, haha). Do you find it possible to work parti-time while doing that LLM? Were you accomodated in the halls of residence? What did you think of them?
