Oxford BCL/MJur and Cambridge LLM Applicants 2010/2011
F..kMon Nov 16, 2009 06:00 PM I received the letter from my 2nd referee, and he didn't sign across the seal but there is the rubber stamp of the university. furthermore, I'm sure that he put only one copie of the reference. Actually I didn't have enough time to ask a new envelope because we are not in the same country!!! I don"t have time to ask an another prof for such a letter!! do you think that is eliminatory??? Hi everyone,Yesterday, 05:11 AM Can someone please tell me if it is more likely for a student to be admitted into a UK LL.M course if they have 1 or 2 years work experience under their belt? I'm just unsure whether I should apply now, having just graduated, or wait until I have some experience? Any help would be fantastic. |

German,Yesterday, 08:35 AM What is needed is the signature of your referee on the cover flap of the envelope, not the insignia of your school. My humble advise is that you redo it or get another reference. Besides, I hope you know that if you had graduated for some time past and currently working, your second referee should be your employer. [Edited by Awojc on Yesterday, 08:37 AM] |
