Typically though, I'd not expect to be admitted with anything less than an Second Class, Upper Division, a 2:1, or above a 60% average. b) In the UK the typical requirement for a Maser of Laws is around 40 hours per week. This time will include class, research and assessment. The total amount will differ from programme to programme and from student to student, but should serve as a useful average through the year as an LL.M student. How much work do you want to do on top of that? Maybe weekends, rather than evenings? Up to you of course. c) "FRESH TALENT: WORKING IN SCOTLAND SCHEMEThis scheme enables international students who have successfully completed an HND, degree course, Masters or PhD at a Scottish further or higher education institution to apply to stay in Scotland for up to two years after completing their studies in order to work."
