Hay,

I finished my law faculty in slovenia 2 years ago and working since than as a lawyer in a private company. I have decided to do a LLM of International Business Law. I am checking out the Faculty of Law in Zurich and I am asking if anyone can give me some inside information or opinion related to that University/Faculty. How is this University respected in the mentioned Study Program? Which are some other schools in Europe that are respected on this field of specialization?

Thank you for the answers!

The University of Zurich has an excellent reputation in Switzerland as well as in Europe in the field of business law.
I also recommend you the LLMs programs offfered by the University of Geneva and the University of Lausanne. the 3 universities have an excellent reputation in Switzerland.

From a business law perspective, I can also recommend the courses of the University of St. Gallen. They offer a program in international and European Business Law (MBL-HSG). I would also check their website.

HI Tiss,

I applied three weeks ago and I've been already accepted, the process is really fast. They called me for a telephonic interview last week and then they told me I was accepted.

Where are you from?

Hi everybody,
Ive been accepted as well in Lausanne and I really like the idea, I also got a post to work in Spain in a good firm and they offer me the chance of paying me the LL.M in IE law school, which is considered one of the best around here. I dont really trust in rankings and all the business that they make of them around them. What would you guys do? I am really doubtfull!!Lausanne sounds great and to learn French is also stimulating...What you think??Good luck!

Hi everyone accepted,

Congratulations! I notices your messages dated June 2008. Have you already started in 2008 fall semester. If so, it's really fast. How is it going? I'll apply for 2009-2010.

Thanks in advance for your replies!
