Via my residential law school in the USA, I have been offering an online program since 1998. The program is geared toward working professionals in the tax and financial services field. It's called the Walter H. & Dorothy B. Diamond International Tax & Financial Services Graduate Program.

I offer 13 online courses per trimester, and depending on a course's instructors, allow upwards of ten students in any course. We use collaborative MBA style case study groups, thus its pretty intensive and requires a low student-faculty ratio.
