Hi there! I am a Brazilian and I am taking UCP (Universidade Católica Portuguesa) LL. M. program. I know how hard it is to make such a decision. I went through the same dilema. All I can say to you is UCP is a great university. Its program is very international and complete, which will certainly prepare you for the market. The professors come from the best universities in the world and even being in Portugal the classes are all taken in English language. Besides that, Lisbon is a great city to live and much cheaper in comparison to the cities in which the good universities are located. Unfortunately I graduate next month, I had a great experience and I higly recommend UCP LL.M program. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further information on this matter at caldeiron@hotmail.com.
Good luck!

Great! I am sure you will not regreat! As I told you I will graduate next month. I whish I could stay longer in Lisbon. I do not know how familiar with Lisbon and the program you are. If there is anything I can do for you, let me know. My apartament will be available in September. I also have some friends who will stay in Lisbon even after the graduation that are looking for people to share.

Hello everybody!
I will join the LL.M. program this September and I am still looking for accommodation in Lisbon, so if you can give some tips it would be great (as I am not familiar at all with Lisbon).
Thanks.

Thank you for your reply!
I found what should be a nice T1 close to the university, but I would have to share it..
I have been to the university and they have numerous contacts with landlords but I ve found that the majority of them, especially the ones closer to the university are already gone..
If you have any information regarding rooms for rent it would be great.

thanks

There are some websites that might be useful for you
www.globalplaza.pt/
lisboa.brighterplace.com/lisbon-student-accommodat…
gabinohomes.com/

the last one is the most helpfull as I think.
If your classes are in library building in the ground floor in computer room there are some advertisments on the wall and they might be usefull for you as well

Sofia,
if you are still looking for accommodation, I can give you the contact details of one of your classmates (as far as I understood he has one room available). Just give me a sign.

!!! REGARDING ACCOMMODATION !!!

Hi everyone and welcome to Lisbon! I am going to attend the LL M Bologna: Law in a European and Global Context and currently I have an extra room available for rent. The apartment has two separate bedrooms and is located very central in the Santa Cantarina district. It's a non smoking flat. Please view images at the following link, www.ateliersdesantacatarina.org/casa.php?idCasa=20….

The rent for the smaller room will be €370 per month.

Please feel free to e-mail me at f.schyllander@gmail.com.

Sincerely yours,
Fredrik Schyllander
